Our Data Sources

All data comes from official public filings:

SEC EDGAR — Form 4

Insider trading disclosures filed by corporate officers, directors, and 10% shareholders. Updated daily.

SEC EDGAR — 13F Filings

Quarterly institutional holdings reports from investment managers with over $100M in assets.

Congressional Financial Disclosures

Stock trades reported by members of the U.S. Congress under the STOCK Act. Updated as filings become available.

SEC EDGAR — Company Financials

Revenue, net income, and other fundamental data extracted from 10-K and 10-Q filings.

Data Freshness

Insider trades (Form 4) are typically available within 24 hours of filing. Congressional disclosures may have a longer delay depending on when members submit their reports. Financial data updates quarterly following 10-K/10-Q filings.
